The Capital Markets Advisory Summer Analyst will become an integral member of the Capital Markets Advisory Group, a dedicated team focused on providing advice to clients on a broad range of topics linked to the capital markets. Our areas of expertise include capital structure, corporate finance, debt and equity products and markets, shareholder activism preparedness and defense, and shareholder advisory. Our work is quantitative, qualitative and analytical. The Summer Analyst will work closely with all other groups at the firm, gaining exposure to a wide range of industries and transaction types, including high-profile and cross-border M&A, activism defense, special situations, restructuring assignments, as well as financing and refinancing transactions. In addition, the Capital Markets Advisory Summer Analyst will participate in an on-going training program.
