About The Position
Envision spending your summer working with energetic colleagues and inspirational leaders all while gaining world-class experience in one of the most dynamic organizations in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a reality for participants in the Finance Internship Program at AbbVie. As an AbbVie Finance Intern, you will participate in a paid, 10-12-week summer program, and work on meaningful assignments that have a real impact on our business and patients worldwide. Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem-solving. The internship assignments are structured within 4 functional areas of the business: Commercial, Operations, Research & Development, and Corporate. Interns will acquire valuable skills, and be provided with professional development and networking opportunities that will leave a lasting impact. Interns are immersed in AbbVie culture, where we will create a sense of belonging through various social and philanthropy events, including participation in AbbVie's Week of Possibilities. AbbVie strongly considers high-performing interns as candidates for the Finance Development Program (FDP).
