About The Position

At Spectrum Science, our mission—connecting humankind to its best healthlife—comes to life through a culture rooted in curiosity, collaboration, and innovation. We believe breakthrough ideas happen when diverse perspectives are embraced and people are empowered to challenge what’s possible. Join our team of award-winning health-focused experts across advertising, clinical trial experience, communications, consulting, media, medical communications, and patient engagement. Together, we create the momentum that moves science, brands, and careers forward. In the medical field, fellowships refer to a period of post-graduate, on-the-job training. Science and healthcare are core to our focus at Spectrum, so we’ve adopted an inner agency “teaching hospital” training model which starts with the Fellowship Program. This is a full-time position. During your first three months, you will be a part of the Fellowship Program, focusing on learning about Spectrum, healthcare communications, our clients, and their brands. This will be accomplished through on-the-job training and a custom-designed development program for Fellows. Our 2026 Fellowship Program offers opportunities across the following departments: Client Services and Project Management. Spectrum Fellows will have the opportunity to: Participate in specific training programs relevant to their job function and the industry Support innovative brands and clients in the healthcare space Work collaboratively as a member of a team to showcase their skills in a capstone project or case study Receive guidance and mentorship from some of the best and brightest in the industry
