Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a dynamic student to support initiatives for global planning of materials across the Cell Therapy business. The role will influence a large matrixed organization and power decisions that keep products moving, risks visible, and operations running smoothly. From uncovering trends in inventory and material flow to improving how data is structured and reported, your work will directly influence how the supply chain anticipates issues and reacts to them. This is a hands‑on opportunity to build knowledge of how complex global networks and supply chains are managed, develop analytics skills in a fast‑paced environment and work across teams to deliver meaningful results for our patients and business. This is a 6-Month, 40 hr/week Co-Op that runs July 6 – December 11, 2026, in Madison, NJ. The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is within the range of $21.00 to $30.00/hr. Please note that the final individual compensation and any applicable benefits will be determined by your employer of record (and not BMS). Factors influencing this decision may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location of the job.
