Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or another related field required.
• 0+ years of experience for P1 level or 2 or more years of experience for P2 level required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors and consulting engineers to manage facilities design, construction, renovation, & repair.
• Develop cost estimates, project schedules, and provide progress status to key stakeholders.
• Conduct design evaluations, economic evaluations, and prepare technical reports.
• Implement capital projects per approved budget and recommend projects based on continuous improvement opportunities at the facility.
• Conduct annual and long-range strategic planning with leaders to understand future state facilities needs.
• Support energy conservation projects by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
• Support manufacturing equipment installation for different lines to utilize equipment and space efficiently.
• Utilize AutoCad and other software to update facility drawings & records.
• Solve complex engineering problems involving Textron Specialized Vehicles facilities, maintenance, processes, systems, and equipment.
