About The Position

The F&M Internship Program provides hands-on experiential learning opportunities to students interested in the banking/finance industry. Through this program, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with current F&M employees in your chosen field of interest. Network, develop, and collaborate all while learning about the F&M culture and organization!

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in an accredited College or University program working towards an Associate's, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related major
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
• Strong quantitative and critical thinking abilities
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
