The EA is a developing technical team member who possesses a working knowledge of Toyota product development and engineering process area(s) for accessories and vehicles. EAs effectively apply technical engineering knowledge with management guidance. With clearly defined processes and procedures, EAs engage in basic problem solving and identification of alternative solutions for a specific problem or task.
