Legal Department Internship Opportunity eMed is seeking one (1) Summer Legal Intern to support our Legal Department during our 8-week Summer Internship Program, running from June 1st through July 31st, 2026 . This internship provides hands-on experience within a fast-growing health-tech company operating at the intersection of healthcare, compliance, and innovation. The Legal Intern will support: Contract review and redlining Regulatory research and analysis Corporate governance initiatives Compliance documentation and tracking Privacy and policy-related projects Organizing and maintaining legal records Additional assigned projects as business needs evolve Interns will gain direct exposure to the operational, regulatory, and governance framework of a nationally scaling healthcare platform.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program (pre-law, legal studies, or related field preferred)
U.S. Veterans are encouraged to apply
Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
Interest in healthcare, regulatory environments, or corporate governance
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Candidates must be willing to work onsite at our Miami, FL headquarters
