Requirements

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 3.0 or higher GPA preferred
• Be able to commit full-time to Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4-months)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility

Responsibilities

• Support and complete electrical component testing in the environmental lab
• Complete tests by subjecting components to vibration, temperature, humidity, and salt fog
• Design custom test fixtures in the 3D modeling software, Creo
