About The Position

The 2026 Early Talent Internship at TIAA Enterprise Analytics is a 10-week summer program designed to provide students with hands-on experience, skills training, and professional networking opportunities. Interns will engage in a structured professional development curriculum that includes comprehensive training modules, an executive speaker series, educational workshops, mentorship programs, and cohort-based learning experiences. This position offers exposure to key business divisions such as Actuarial Services, Asset Management, Business Management, Corporate Strategy and Development, Financial Analysis and Accounting, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Law and Policy, Marketing and Communications, Product and Business Development, Retirement Solutions, Risk and Compliance, Technology, and Wealth Management. Interns will support high-impact business initiatives by contributing to meaningful projects that directly support business objectives and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred majors: Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related quantitative fields.
• Technical skills: SQL, basic scripting capabilities in Python/R for data analysis and automation, proficiency with standard BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).

Responsibilities
