About The Position

The 2026 Early Talent Internship in Digital & Client Experience (Design) is a full-time, 10-week summer program designed to provide participants with hands-on experience and professional development in the field of design, particularly focusing on Agentic AI. Interns will engage in a structured curriculum that includes comprehensive training modules, an executive speaker series, educational workshops, and mentorship programs. This internship offers exposure to various business divisions such as Actuarial Services, Asset Management, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, and more, allowing interns to contribute to high-impact business initiatives and collaborate on strategic projects.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Full-time student, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Rising sophomore.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred majors: Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Basic familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Expertise with GenAI.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Desire to continuously learn about emerging technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support high-impact business initiatives by contributing to meaningful projects that directly support business objectives and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate on strategic presentations and research projects, contributing to PowerPoint and Excel deliverables.
  • Support a variety of projects by helping to coordinate project materials and meetings.
  • Drive independent research initiatives to gather market intelligence and competitive analysis.
  • Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows for AI-powered financial tools.
  • Participate in user research sessions to understand human-AI collaboration challenges.
  • Help document design patterns and principles for trustworthy AI experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of feedback mechanisms for AI agents.
  • Support the creation of design frameworks that ensure fairness and inclusivity in AI experiences.
