About The Position

Overview: Summer Interns complete a 10 week internship centered around professional development, career growth and building the necessary skills to succeed. Summer Interns participate in projects and department initiatives that accelerate career growth and play an important role in building the future of the Bank. As an Intern, you will gain exposure to other departments through guest speakers and industry leaders and a built-in network with peers as well as priority consideration for full time opportunities throughout the Bank. About the Team: The Sales Resource Team plays a key role in supporting our sales organization by creating RFP (Request for Proposal) responses for customers who are exploring new banking relationships. These RFPs span multiple business verticals and are critical in helping our organization win new business and retain existing customers. Currently, much of our RFP creation and tracking process is manual, which limits the team’s ability to step back, analyze what’s working, and improve how we operate. That’s where this internship comes in—we’re looking for a fresh perspective from a motivated college student who enjoys problem-solving, organizing information, and improving processes. What You’ll Do: As a Sales Resource Team Intern, you’ll work closely with the team to help modernize and enhance our existing RFP processes. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and enhancing current RFP content to improve clarity, consistency, and impact Helping update and refresh templates shared with customers Exploring ways to incorporate visuals and graphics into RFP responses to make them more engaging Assisting with pipeline tracking and reporting, including organizing data and improving how progress is communicated Analyzing current workflows and recommending process improvements based on your observations and ideas Providing a student perspective on how tools, templates, and processes could be improved for efficiency and usability
