Requirements

  • A clearly defined interest in Corporate Banking.
  • Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting, and financial theory.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall success of the Corporate Banking team by executing and delivering on individual and team goals.
  • Execute a range of corporate finance related tasks including financial analysis, building and analyzing advanced financial models, industry research, and due diligence.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and client presentations.
  • Maintain/design Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint slides for corporate finance and strategic investment analysis.
  • Interact with other departments of the Bank to support transaction structuring and execution efforts.
  • Assist in the analysis of lending opportunities and preparation of credit presentations.
