Founded more than 100 years ago, we offer large-firm capabilities in a boutique culture and value our vibrant workplace that reflects the diversity of the many communities we serve. We pride ourselves on the career development of our teammates. You'll work alongside senior-level management on real deals right from the start. We encourage and reward you to take an active role in helping our clients achieve their goals. Truist's Corporate Banking Analyst Program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction that consists of an introduction to capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems and financial modeling training designed to give Analysts all the tools they will need to be successful. After the classroom training, Analysts join one of the Corporate Banking industry groups to play a meaningful role in supporting senior corporate banking professionals. The Corporate Banking Analyst program provides the opportunity to gain exposure to a number of disciplines within corporate banking. Analysts will sharpen financial analysis skills, develop an understanding of corporate markets and clients, and gain experience in corporate finance and with corporate banking products through on-the-job training. Within each group, Analysts play a meaningful role in supporting internal and external clients. Assignments will be within the Corporate Banking groups, with the opportunity to interact with other groups and disciplines throughout the bank. The Corporate Banking team is responsible for providing coverage banking services to corporate clients, including corporate finance and specialized product services, designated by industry vertical, with a focus on mid to large cap-sized private and public companies. Corporate Banking analysts support their specific industry team and the senior Corporate Bankers through their responsibilities involving, but not limited to due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development. The Corporate Banking Analyst position is typically a two-year position. At the end of the two-year period, Analysts may be asked to remain in the role for an additional year.
