About The Position

Today, as commodities continue to underpin the building of our cities, as our global energy needs continue to grow, and with technology changing the world, the projects you will contribute to as an intern within the Commodities and Global Markets business are helping to build a better future. As an intern with Commodities and Global Markets, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and build your career as you learn from in-house experts ranging from geologists to meteorologists, petroleum and mining engineers to data scientists, quant strategists to traders and advisers. In this part of our business, you will partner with our clients to provide tailored solutions that maximize opportunities in global markets, including fixed income, foreign exchange, commodities, technology, media and telecoms. Feel empowered to shape what's possible for your career through a direct placement based on your interests and our business need in one of the following areas: Commodities (Houston/NYC), Financial Markets (NYC), Fixed Income & Currencies (NYC), and Asset Finance (NYC). As part of this ten-week internship, you will complete meaningful and challenging work allowing you to gain practical experience to tie into your theoretical knowledge from school, take part in an orientation, receive support and guidance from your manager and mentor, participate in philanthropic and social events, and present a project to senior management.
