About The Position

Our team is committed to providing you a unique hands-on experience. As you job-shadow, you’ll see the ins and outs of the accounting world by encountering the daily tasks of a tax or audit accountant, and learn about Redpath and Company, our clients, and culture. This will be an awesome day to expand your network, while learning what you wouldn’t in your accounting classes.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting, or considering switching to an Accounting major.
• Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in job shadowing activities to observe daily tasks of tax or audit accountants.
• Engage in discussions about the accounting profession and Redpath and Company's culture.
• Network with professionals and other participants.
