The interactive program focuses on a variety of opportunities which feature a business track project, an intern cohort project, learning activities, volunteering in the community, a dedicated intern leader, networking, and exploring your unique personal strengths! Take this dynamic Marketing role to the limit as you represent the Schwab brand by enhancing our website, analyzing client content, leveraging cross-functional partnerships, and providing insights to Marketing leaders. Gain exposure to various platforms and Marketing processes while learning how to manage high priority initiatives. By the end of summer, you'll know what it takes to be a trusted Marketing partner who always puts the client first and can deliver meaningful results. If you are passionate about gaining insight into teams such as Investor Product Marketing, Advisor Services Marketing, Trader, Brand, Data & Analytics, Marketing Technology and Client Marketing, this is the role for you. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in college and within a year of graduation during the program
  • Able and willing to relocate to Austin, TX at your own expense if relocation is needed
  • Ability to work full time and be on-site in Austin, TX during the 9-week program (June 8, 2026 to August 7th, 2026)
  • Able to start full time employment in Austin, TX during business hours between August 2026 - June 2027

Nice To Haves

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Public Relations, Data & Analytics or related major
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge in data programming tools including SQL, SAS, or R
  • Experience with testing concepts and implementation including A/B testing and statistical processes
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility in managing multiple projects
  • Proactively analyze and package data to uncover actionable insights
  • An innovative and questioning demeanor with a passion for service
