The interactive internship program focuses on a variety of opportunities which feature a business track project, an intern cohort project, learning activities, volunteering in the community, a dedicated intern leader, networking, and exploring your unique personal strengths! Our Client Service internship program follows our C.A.R.E.E.R.S curriculum - Collaboration, Academic, Real-world Education & Experience, Roundtables & Shadowing. Real-world Education & Experience puts you on actual client support calls with Schwab clients, learning what it means to exceed client expectations. As you embody exceptional client service, you will engage in team building activities specific to your Service cohort, leverage personal development resources, participate in a simulated trading competition using our internal trading platform, learn more about financial services and the requirements to be in our industry, and make a final presentation to internal stakeholders.
