Throughout the 9-week paid Branch Network internship, there will be inspiring opportunities that welcome you into the Schwab culture, immerse you into your role, and guide you on how to bring the Schwab values to life and guide you on how to create memorable client experiences. The interactive internship program focuses on a variety of opportunities which feature a business track project, an intern cohort project, learning activities, a dedicated intern leader, networking, and exploring your unique personal strengths! You will be immersed in the Schwab culture by working in a Schwab Branch and will have the opportunity to see what it is like to work with clients alongside our financial professionals. Branch interns will attend team meetings, workshops, assist with client events, greet walk-in clients, and help clients with opening accounts. You will conduct client outreach for scheduling appointments and engage with existing Schwab clients. You will get a deep dive look at daily operations by shadowing with financial professionals daily and gain exposure to the Financial Consultant Academy. As you begin to invest in your early talent career, personal and professional support will be provided by working alongside a dedicated group of financial professionals such as Branch Managers, Assistant Branch Managers, Investment Consultants, Financial Consultants, leaders, and others to help deliver the best possible service to our clients. Requirements

• Currently enrolled and have completed a minimum of two years of college-level education towards a related Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree and targeting graduation between December 2026 through May/June 2027
• Ability to work full time and be at on-site Schwab campus during the 9-week program (June 8 to August 7, 2026)
• Strong desire to explore a career at Schwab as a Financial Consultant by joining our Financial Consultant Academy post-graduation
• A desire to learn about the Financial Services Industry and Wealth Management and to help clients succeed
• Ability and desire to network and build relationships
