  • Meet with clients to understand their business issues, develop impactful data-driven solutions and instill confidence by assuring the integrity of the data being used to make decisions.
  • Develop and apply a working knowledge of data integration and business analytics best-practices and training on common solutions and tools utilized to solve client needs.
  • Leverage your education to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations and express results in a business context.
  • Deliver solutions in cross-functional engagement teams who serve clients across multiple industries, technology platforms and geographies.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business analytics, data science, computer science, economics, or a related field.
  • Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
  • Detail-oriented leader with strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Interest or experience in cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS).
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and ability to learn and apply quickly.
  • Experience with business analytics and data visualization platforms or data management technologies with a focus on database architecture, data quality, and MDM solutions preferred.
  • General relational database knowledge; strong SQL skills preferred.
  • Education or experience with Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platform or comparable preferred.
  • Education or experience with data parsing, data mining, ETL/ELT, and regex desired.
  • Education or experience with scripting such as Python, R, Spark, Scala, PowerShell, Java, desired.
