We are currently recruiting interns to join our team in Doylestown, PA. You will have the opportunity to work with our finnace team for Adelphi Research, and help with Project Financial Management,
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 0+ years
- Area of Expertise: Coursework related to finance
- Rising sophomores, juniors, seniors, & recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Can effectively cope with change and shift gears, can comfortably handle uncertainly
- Can manage multiple activities at once; uses resources effectively and efficiently to ensure goals are met
- Strong written & verbal communication skills required
- Possesses solid presentatioin skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

Responsibilities
- Process New Vendor & W9 forms to create new vendors in Dynamics
- Seek staff approvals of vendor A/P invoices
- Code and send non-PO A/P invoices to Omnicom Health
- Respond to inquiries and perform related accounting tasks, as requested
- Enter and update estimated invoices into QuickBooks for all projects
- Enter and update Project Budgets and Budget revisions in MIS
- Regular liaison between functions (Research, Field and Finance) to ensure that the project information within the systems remains accurate and current through the life of the project
- Save Client POs and SOWs to project folders, Dynamics, and QuickBooks invoices
- Prepare client budget spreadsheets for billing, and update for scope changes
- Assemble documentation for final billings as needed
