The team is responsible for areas including Blackstone’s: Corporate brand and visual identity Content strategy and creation Digital channels (website, social media) and paid promotional efforts Video, photo, and broadcast production Events Job Description We’re looking for a smart, entrepreneurial Summer Analyst to support the Firm Insights and Measurement teams within Blackstone’s firmwide marketing function. Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and comfortable interacting with all levels of management
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and planning skills
  • Passion for storytelling by communicating and distilling complex financial topics
  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
  • Interested in understanding campaign development, paid / owned distribution, and marketing analytics
  • Highly motivated and ready to assist with any and all assignments
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
  • Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2026 – Spring 2027
  • Resume must include expected graduation month / year and GPA

Nice To Haves

  • Past marketing, content creation and/or writing experience is preferred (e.g., experience using Salesforce, WordPress, LinkedIn and/or other social media platforms, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Creating content for corporate channels (Blackstone.com, social media, email, events), including videos, written articles, and social-first assets
  • Developing messaging around priority themes and milestones
  • Collaborating with internal production and design teams to execute creative ideas
  • Pulling and analyzing performance data across digital channels (e.g., web, social, email, paid, events), identify trends and insights, and communicate results and recommendations to the marketing team
  • Supporting the execution of research and analytics projects, including pulling reports, running analyses, collaborating with channel owners, compiling findings into succinct narratives, and navigating stakeholder feedback
  • Conducting high-level research or competitor analysis as needed
