About The Position

The Conair Summer Internship Program is designed to provide exceptional students interested in a career in CPG with a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the diverse business operations at Conair. Those selected will gain invaluable work experience through challenging project assignments and on the job learning experiences. Position Summary: The Analytics Summer Intern will support the Amazon Analytics team within Conair’s Culinary business, to help analyze Ecommerce performance, maintain reporting, and deliver actionable insights across sales, marketing, and category initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to Amazon Ecommerce analytics, including sales performance tracking, promotional analysis, and dashboard reporting. The intern will gain practical experience working with real business data, collaborating cross-functionally, and translating data into insights that support business decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth Ecommerce environment.

Requirements

  • You should be a current college student, entering your junior or senior year in the fall of 2026.
  • The internship program will run from June 1, 2026, through August 7, 2026. Interns will work Monday through Friday on a 37.5-hour work week schedule, which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
  • We require candidates to maintain excellent academic standing.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is a must.
  • As part of our hybrid work model, interns are expected to be present in the office 4 days a week with Friday being a work from anywhere day. Please note that Conair does not provide housing for summer interns.
  • Compensation for all internship positions is set at $25 per hour, and the internship is based out of our Stamford, CT corporate office location.

  • Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
  • We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 4 days a week with Friday being a work from anywhere day.

Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis of Amazon sales performance across key Culinary brands and product categories, including revenue, units, conversion, and traffic trends
  • Assist in maintaining and updating recurring Amazon performance reports and dashboards used by Sales, Marketing, and Category teams
  • Help track promotional and campaign performance (e.g., Prime Day, tentpole events, deal periods) and summarize results against expectations
  • Partner with the Analytics Manager to validate data accuracy and investigate variances or anomalies in weekly and monthly performance reporting
  • Conduct basic competitive and category analyses to identify trends, whitespace opportunities, and performance drivers
  • Support ad-hoc analyses related to pricing, promotions, product launches, and assortment changes
  • Assist with data organization, documentation, and process improvements to streamline reporting and analytics workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Marketing, Category) to understand business questions and help translate them into analytical outputs
  • Prepare clear summaries, charts, and slides to communicate insights in a concise, business-friendly manner
  • Learn and apply Ecommerce metrics and tools relevant to Amazon analytics (e.g., conversion rate, traffic, share, promotional lift)
