AFS is seeking interns to join our various team within our technology and product divisions. As a member of this team, you'll have a large impact on the firm by adding your relevant experience to our organization and employees in a rapidly growing environment. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree program; junior or senior standing preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Interest in Fintech.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs, etc).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Desire to take ownership of projects and ideas.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team environment.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside senior software engineers to design and develop scalable applications.
• Gain hands-on experience with coding and agile practices.
• Assist senior product managers in shaping strategies and conducting market analysis.
• Help launch and refine current and new products/solutions.
• Assist technology project/program management teams in coordinating project timelines.
• Optimize workflows and contribute to reporting and process improvements.
