Requirements

• Pursuing a BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or related degree with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0.
• At least one internship or work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills such as involvement in campus organizations, sports team captaincy, resident advisor roles, or exceptional leadership of work projects.
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide current college students with challenging assignments, leadership training, valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders and opportunities to network.
• Participate in a 12-week summer internship offering exposure to various assignments including New Product Costing, Cost Accounting, General Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data Analytics, Global Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley and Enterprise/Sector Accounting projects.
• Interview for full-time, post-graduate Accelerated Development Program for Accounting/Finance or direct hire opportunities.

Benefits

• Base Pay Range: $22.00 – 25.00
• Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
