Requirements

  • BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering preferred; other engineering degrees may be considered.
  • Degree must be completed prior to program start with a required GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with at least two examples.
  • Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
  • Ability to view problems as opportunities and adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances.
  • Eagerly seek new information, skills, and experiences.
  • Work effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results.
  • Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences for personal and company growth.
  • Proficient in understanding engineering and technical core concepts.
  • Remain geographically flexible during and after the program.
  • U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Accelerated Development Program - Engineering.
  • Engage in challenging assignments and leadership training.
  • Gain valuable exposure to senior leaders through rotations and experiences in multiple geographic and business locations.
  • Develop a solid engineering foundation with skills in New Product Development, Quality and Reliability, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Product Management, Modeling & Simulation, and Project Ownership.
  • Complete three rotations: Product line assignment, Cross-functional experience, and Project-based assignment.
  • Relocation assistance provided for new work locations where the distance is at least 50 miles.
