Requirements

• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering preferred; other engineering degrees may be considered.
• Degree must be completed prior to program start with a required GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with at least two examples.
• Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
• Ability to view problems as opportunities and adapt quickly to new circumstances.
• Eager to seek new information, skills, and experiences.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a positive environment.
• Motivated to leverage learnings for personal and company growth.
• Proficient in understanding engineering and technical concepts.
• Geographically flexible during and after the program.
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Accelerated Development Program (ADP) for Engineering.
• Engage in challenging assignments and leadership training.
• Experience multiple geographic and business locations.
• Develop skills in New Product Development, Quality and Reliability, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Product Management, Modeling & Simulation, and Project Ownership.
• Complete three rotations: Product line assignment, Cross-functional experience, and Project-based assignment.
• Relocate if necessary for assignments, with relocation assistance provided.
