Requirements

  • BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering preferred, or other relevant engineering degrees with a required GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with at least two examples of leadership experience.
  • Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
  • Ability to view problems as opportunities and adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances.
  • Eagerly seek new information, skills, and experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a positive work environment.
  • Motivated to leverage learnings and experiences for personal and company growth.
  • Proficient in understanding engineering and technical core concepts.
  • Geographically flexible during and after the program.
  • U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Accelerated Development Program (ADP) for Engineering, which includes challenging assignments and leadership training.
  • Engage in multiple rotations and experiences in various geographic and business locations to build diverse skill sets.
  • Develop a solid engineering foundation with skills in New Product Development, Quality and Reliability, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Product Management, Modeling & Simulation, and Project Ownership.
  • Complete three rotations: Product line assignment (12 months), Cross-functional experience (6 months), and Project-based assignment (12 months).
  • Relocation assistance is provided for new work locations where the distance is at least 50 miles.
