  • Participate in the Accelerated Development Program - Engineering.
  • Complete three rotations: Product line assignment, Cross-functional experience, and Project-based assignment.
  • Develop skills in Modeling & Simulation, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Product Management, Product Validation & Testing, and New Technology Development.
  • Engage in challenging assignments and leadership training.
  • Work on existing product improvements and new product development.
  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering preferred with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with at least two examples.
  • Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience.
  • Ability to view problems as opportunities and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Eager to seek new information, skills, and experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a positive environment.
  • Motivated to leverage learnings for personal and company growth.
  • Organizational skills to execute complex projects.
  • Proficient in understanding engineering and technical concepts.
  • Geographically flexible during and after the program.
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
