The Tier 1 Global Service Desk provides front-line global IT support to ensure IT services remain highly available and to minimize loss of employee productivity. Triages incidents using a combination of documented procedures, knowledge, experience, and other resources to resolve standard incidents or to escalate to appropriate support teams. This team is available 24x7 and responds to SAS customer issues during non-standard business hours.
