About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking talent to join the 2025 Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Development Program. This program is designed for recent college graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in Wealth & Investment Management, one of the leading providers of financial and investment services in the United States. The WIM Development Program aims to attract, develop, and retain recent graduates by providing them with a comprehensive understanding of the various lines of business within WIM, as well as opportunities for personal and professional development. The program consists of two tracks: the Cross-WIM track and the Banking, Lending, & Trust (BL&T) track. The Cross-WIM track allows participants to rotate through various WIM lines of business over a two-year period, engaging in deep-dive sessions, group projects, coaching, and mentoring. Participants will gain exposure to key leaders and will work in areas such as investment management, financial analytics, project management, and consulting. The BL&T track, on the other hand, offers a non-rotational alignment to specific business groups, focusing on business initiatives and project work. This track may last between one to two years, depending on business needs. Throughout the program, participants will develop essential skills such as communication, presentation, and project management. They will also learn about the financial services industry and gain hands-on experience in various roles. After completing the program, participants will be placed within a business that aligns with their skills and readiness level, ensuring a smooth transition into their careers in Wealth & Investment Management.
