About The Position

The Aircraft Technician position involves performing maintenance and repair on company-owned aircraft to ensure their safety and airworthiness. Technicians will work in-house, primarily handling helicopter maintenance, with some assistance from contractors for special inspections. The role includes launching and recovering aircraft, conducting daily inspections, and maintaining compliance with maintenance tracking systems. Technicians are expected to maintain a professional appearance and utilize provided tools and equipment for their tasks.

Requirements

  • A&P License is required.
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance and repair.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and computer operations.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks under supervision.
  • Knowledge of FAA required formal inspections.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with aircraft communication and navigation systems.
  • Cross-training in installing, inspecting, testing, adjusting, or repairing electronic devices.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and recover aircraft.
  • Conduct fueling operations and manage fuel deliveries.
  • Perform daily inspections on Ground Support Equipment (GSE).
  • Track maintenance and ensure compliance with maintenance tracking systems.
  • Conduct risk assessments as part of the Safety Management System.
  • Assist in passenger transfers and baggage loading.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
