About The Position
Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is offering summer 2025 internship opportunities in our Information Technology department. This 10-week internship program starts on May 28th and runs through August 8th and includes exposure to leadership, professional development, networking events, and the chance to connect with students throughout various functions. Interns will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid schedule, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in Ewing, NJ. The program features a Summer Speaker Series showcasing executive leadership, networking opportunities with an early career cohort, and a final Capstone Presentation with leadership. Additionally, interns whose residential address is greater than 30 miles from the work site will receive a housing stipend. Each IT intern will contribute to change initiatives, engaging with business partners on system lifecycle activities. Information Technology interns are naturally curious about technology and how it can be leveraged to support and improve business processes and results. Interns are expected to be self-motivated and capable of working independently on assignments after receiving initial instruction and guidance. The internship will focus on one of the following opportunities: Business/Systems Analyst, IT Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, or ServiceNow Service Center. As a Business/Systems Analyst, interns will assist in researching, building-out pilots, and supporting software-based project activities, including gathering, testing, and managing changes for new technology across various departments. IT Analysts will work with technology contracts, investments, and master data, while also conducting intranet site analysis and improvements. Quality Assurance Analysts will create and execute manual test cases and organize tests in Azure DevOps. Those in the ServiceNow Service Center will collaborate with IT and business members to ensure accurate and complete CMDB entries, perform status accounting/reporting, and conduct research on configuration items with inaccurate or missing attribute data.
