About The Position

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is offering a 12-month co-op opportunity in our Human Resources department supporting the Early Career Recruitment Team. The Early Career Coordinator Co-Op starts on May 28th, 2025, and runs through May 2026 and includes exposure to leadership, professional development, networking events, and the chance to connect with students throughout various functions. This co-op will support Church & Dwight's Early Career Program by managing and tracking key activities included in full life-cycle recruitment and program management. This is an exciting opportunity for a rising junior or senior in college who would like to gain experience in human resources and campus recruiting. This role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate students who have completed three years of college coursework (rising Senior) while pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, human resources, or other relevant degrees are preferred.
  • Aptitude and willingness to learn how to interface with different platforms, run reports, and engage with various company systems.
  • Ability and interest in working a hybrid schedule in Ewing, NJ.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 applications required; some roles require experience in Power BI, Canva, Figma, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple timelines and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, desire to learn and contribute to a growing company.
  • Candidates must have US Work Authorization (US Citizen, permanent resident, green card holder).

Responsibilities

  • Assist the MBA Marketing Intern Committee by executing various administrative and customer-service aspects of the recruiting process.
  • Schedule and manage candidate interviews utilizing Microsoft Teams, including troubleshooting and logistical issues (i.e.: last minute cancellations, rescheduling, etc.).
  • Build relationships with prospective candidates by managing correspondence, scheduling interviews and providing updates on the recruitment process.
  • Interface with hiring managers to manage calendars for interview scheduling and to obtain post interview feedback.
  • Manage and track the recruitment process utilizing various technologies including Workday and Excel.
  • Attend weekly meetings and provide updates to MBA Marketing Intern Committee.
  • Identify issues/bottlenecks and escalate as appropriate.
  • Help coordinate the internship summer program.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests such as reporting, researching universities, conducting market research, etc.
