The Technical Operations Package Development Co-Op at Kenvue offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of packaging engineering. This position is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Packaging Engineering/Science, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. The co-op will take place in Fort Washington, PA, and will provide students with the chance to work closely with experienced professionals in the Technical Operations department. As a co-op, students will engage in various package development activities for a diverse portfolio of consumer healthcare products, including over-the-counter (OTC) drugs and dietary supplements. The role involves creating and updating packaging component and assembly drawings, as well as material specifications. Students will document all packaging design, development, and testing processes to ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the co-op will support package development activities in Manufacturing Operations, including conducting packaging line trials. The position also requires interaction with outside suppliers for packaging component development, evaluation, and testing. Co-op students will have the opportunity to recommend alternatives and solutions to address supply chain disruptions and emerging requirements.
