About The Position

Pentair's Supply & Operations Leadership Development Program (SOLD) is an accelerated initiative aimed at recent college graduates, designed to cultivate future leaders in Supply or Operations Management. Participants will engage in a three-year program consisting of three 12-month rotations, gaining exposure to various facets of Supply & Operations while working within a global manufacturing organization. The program emphasizes leadership visibility and significant impact, aligning with Pentair's mission to provide sustainable water solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain/Sourcing, Logistics, Business or Operations Management from an accredited university.
• Previous supply chain or operations internship or co-op experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interest and openness to annual relocation throughout the program.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 12-month rotations across different areas of Supply & Operations.
• Engage in roles such as Lean Manufacturing, Automation/Advanced Manufacturing, and Materials Management.
• Contribute to Environmental Social Governance (ESG) efforts through additional stretch projects.
• Relocate two to three times during the program to various locations based on business needs.
• Receive on-the-job training and mentoring in best practices from Pentair.
