About The Position

The Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) is made up of 44 schools serving preschool-12th grade with approximately 33,000 students in grades TK-12. The District Office hosts twenty-three district level departments that serve the school sites. School sites feature many facility upgrades with vibrant libraries due to the community support of the Measure E bond. Requirements

• Availability for the full summer session from June 9, 2025 to July 11, 2025.
• Ability to work 6.5 hours per day plus 1-hour orientation.
• Commitment to attend all scheduled workdays, with no extended absences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of educational programs for students with special needs.
• Support teachers in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by the teacher.
• Help with the preparation of instructional materials and classroom setup.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, reporting any concerns to the teacher.
