About The Position

The 2025 Summer Sales Intern at DHL Express, Inc. is a 3-month internship based in Erlanger, KY, designed for rising seniors looking to gain experience in sales support. Requirements

• Rising Senior with a graduation date no later than June 2026.
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.
• General work experience in customer service, retail, sales support, or similar is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possesses strong leadership qualities and abilities.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude.

• Extracurricular activities (club or sports) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in day-to-day sales activities by performing administrative tasks.
• Generate and qualify quality sales leads via telephone to provide a consistent flow of leads to the sales team.
• Provide special support for newly onboarded customers with potential billing of over $10K per month.
• Assist sales personnel with GAP analysis and feedback on set KPIs.
• Provide on-the-road support to MIS during customer visits.
