About The Position

CSL is offering a 12-week internship program designed for rising juniors and seniors pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology. This hands-on experience allows students to engage in meaningful projects that contribute to the company's mission of saving lives. Interns will work in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment, gaining exposure to life cycle management tasks on laboratory instrumentation and developing both personally and professionally.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology or a related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of a 4.0 scale).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Demonstrates flexibility and acceptance of assignments and schedules.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows 10 OS.

Responsibilities

• Life cycle management tasks on laboratory instrumentation under direction of the Head QCE Instrumentation or delegate.
• Support local instrumentation improvement and standardization projects.
• Support the execution of QC Laboratory Instrument Qualification and Data Integrity projects.
• Conduct periodic system review activities associated with scheduling and documentation of Instrument activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair laboratory instruments.
• Engage in technical writing and protocol development associated with laboratory instruments.
• Coordinate instrument activities between stakeholders and the Instrument Group.
• Execute Instrument Qualification Protocols.
