About The Position

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or master's program in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the biotechnology industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a defined special project aimed at improving process efficiency, quality, or compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop a project plan with clear milestones and timelines.
  • Collect and analyze process data, including input/process parameters and output measures.
  • Create dashboards and visual summaries of data trends and performance metrics.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Support efforts to standardize best practices and process methods.
  • Assist in incorporating improvements into the process and ensuring sustainability.
  • Ensure process documentation is updated and utilized effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
  • Contribute to compliance efforts by aligning project outcomes with regulatory requirements.
