About The Position
The 2025 Summer Law Intern position at the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) offers law students the opportunity to gain practical experience in federal prosecution and civil rights enforcement. Interns will work across various divisions, assisting Assistant U.S. Attorneys (AUSAs) with research, trial preparation, and case handling, while also observing trials and participating in skill-building sessions culminating in a mock trial.
