The Miami Dolphins Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for interns to gain hands-on experience across various business units within the organization, including the Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, and other events. Interns will work under the guidance of a manager in a specific department while also engaging with the Senior Leadership Team and participating in group projects. This paid internship lasts approximately 10 weeks during the summer of 2025 and includes subsidized housing for participants.
