As our Instructional Design Intern, you will spend approximately 90% of your time utilizing your ideas and efforts to work on technically challenging and personally rewarding projects that build on and broaden your technical skills, which will help prepare you for future roles as leaders and innovators. To help you do this, you will partner with your manager and mentor with the team you join, as well as a “buddy” from a different department for additional MISO connections. You will enrich your education by taking part in “lunch and learns” to understand how other MISO departments help keep the lights on; to round out your internship experience, you will give back to the community with a community service project, participate in social events, and have the ability to network with a lot of hardworking and diverse people! The internship experience will culminate with a high-profile opportunity to present your summer project results and recommendations to department team members and company leadership.
