The 2025 Summer Intern in Strategy & Planning at General Motors will support the development of global vehicle and technology plans aimed at achieving the company's vision of Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions, and Zero Congestion. This hybrid role involves collaboration across various teams to analyze data and make strategic recommendations for future products and technologies.

Conduct analysis to support portfolio decisions using various data sources.
Collaborate with other Planning areas and cross-functional partners.
Adjust to changing conditions and anticipate issues with urgency.
Seek out experts and information, demonstrating intellectual curiosity.
Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to leadership.
Make recommendations supported by logic and facts.

Pursuit of a Master's degree in MBA, Market Research, Economics, Statistics, Industrial/Organization Psychology, or related field.
Must be graduating between Dec 2025 - Jun 2026.
Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week.

Experience Developing / Executing Global / Corporate Strategies
Experience Developing Business Plans
Experience Managing Business Financial and Legal Risk
Portfolio Management Experience
Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, End-to-End Process Management and Commercial Acumen skills.
Strong analytical capability and exceptional skills in both written and oral communication.
