About The Position
The Regenerative Medicine Department at Genentech seeks to develop therapeutics for the restoration and rejuvenation of tissues and organs. Our work is highly collaborative with other departments in Research and Early Development, and draws on multiple modalities to address pressing patient needs. The Lamba lab is seeking an intern to join our retinal cell therapy efforts for the summer of 2025. As an Intern, you will be responsible for designing, performing, and analyzing experiments in support of retinal cell therapies with the help of your manager. You will complete experiments independently as appropriate, read primary literature relevant to your work, attend relevant meetings and seminars, prepare a poster, and present your findings in the form of a final presentation to the department.
