About The Position

The 2025 Summer Intern: R&D Intern at PepsiCo is designed for students pursuing degrees in Engineering, Food Science, Agriculture, or related fields. Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into strategic project goals.
• Proven ability to make significant technical advances utilizing internal and external resources.
• Understanding of how to incorporate business needs into technical decisions.
• Ability and interest to work in laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with data science preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks effectively.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities
