About The Position
We are now accepting applications for the Summer 2025 Genentech Summer Internship Program. This position is for an on-site role in Oceanside, CA. This posting is for positions within the Quality Control (QC) department. In QC, you will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of laboratory methods and analyses QC utilizes to ensure the products manufactured by the site are safe and efficacious for patients. QC testing is an integral part of how we monitor our process, product, environment, and facilities and demonstrate to health authorities the quality and compliance of our products and processes. As an intern, you will perform various tasks under the guidance and mentorship of your manager. You will be expected to attend meetings, read independently on relevant topics, follow a training schedule set by your supervisor, and perform tasks independently as appropriate. You will also be expected to summarize the purpose of your work and any findings, and you will present future recommendations in the form of an oral and poster presentation.
