About The Position

The 2025 Summer Intern - Legal at Ferring Pharmaceuticals offers a unique opportunity for individuals contemplating law school or who have completed one year of law school. This internship provides hands-on experience in how in-house counsel supports compliant operations and commercial success within the biopharmaceutical industry. Interns will work closely with a strong legal team on various initiatives, gaining exposure to pharmaceutical promotion, contract review, and fraud & abuse counseling, all while contributing to a company recognized for its innovative approach and commitment to a 'people first' philosophy.

Requirements

• Contemplating pursuing law school admission or completed 1 year of law school.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with a desire to learn.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above; college transcript required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date.

• Experience or coursework in pharmaceutical law or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Research and collect information on new and novel legal issues.
• Assist in document review under the supervision of licensed attorneys.
• Observe and brainstorm recommendations for process and contracting improvements.
