About The Position
As a 2025 Summer Intern in Product Management at Walmart, you will be part of the Supply Chain Automation (SCA) team, which is at the forefront of transforming retail through innovative technology. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on projects that directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Walmart's supply chain operations. The SCA team is dedicated to automating facilities to create a regenerative future, ensuring that we deliver exceptional value and service to our customers. You will have the chance to work in one of four segments: Ambient, Grocery, Fulfillment, or End-to-End Product, each focusing on different aspects of supply chain automation. During your 11-week internship, you will engage in an impactful individual project that aligns with your skills and interests, providing you with direct access to leadership and opportunities for networking and professional development. You will participate in executive-led speaker sessions, community outreach events, and learning opportunities that target both hard and soft skills. This internship is designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of Walmart's operations and its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a Product Management Intern, your responsibilities will include supporting agile product development for critical supply chain products, driving the product lifecycle from requirement gathering to launch, and engaging with diverse stakeholders to identify pain points and gather requirements. You will analyze data to discover areas for operational improvement and manage product roadmaps to align business and technical needs. This role will provide you with a deep dive into the workings of Walmart's supply chain and the chance to contribute to projects that enhance operational performance.
