The Spectrum Internship Program is a full-time, 10-week commitment designed for rising seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Management and Organization, or Business Administration. This program offers hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, focusing on professional development, networking opportunities, and mentorship. Interns will support the Accessibility Customer Experience and Outreach Team, engaging in projects that enhance accessibility training and universal design for learning.

  • Act as a center of excellence on accessibility related to learning and development, including designing and developing accessibility training for external business units.
  • Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert on universal design for learning.
  • Partner with internal accessibility teams to support learning initiatives.
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2025 - May 2026.
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with WebEx and Articulate Storyline.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in software including Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
